The Lake Cumberland District Health Department provides community-based health initiatives and preventive health care services for ten counties: Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne.

Our mission is to prevent illness and injury, promote good health practices and assure a safe environment for families of every nationality in our service area.
